Für unsere ehrenamtlichen Telefonschichten suchen wir Telefone, die einwandfrei funktionieren. Egal ob Smartphone oder Tastenhandy!

For our voluntary phone shifts we are looking for phones that work perfectly. It doesn't matter whether it's a smartphone or a mobile phone!
Folgende Punkte gibt es zu beachten:
Gute Funktionsfähigkeit,
gute Akkulaufzeit,
gute Sprachqualität,
zurückgesetzt auf Werkseinstellungen,
passende Ladekabel sind erwünscht, aber kein Muss.
Vor dem Büro der RAA Sachsen e. V. (Dresden, Bautzner Straße 45, 3. Etage) gibt es einen Karton, in dem ihr eure Spende hinterlegen könnt. Gern könnt ihr sie auch in unseren Briefkasten unten im Hauseingang werfen. Wer sicher gehen will, kann sich über info@helpline-dresden.de mit uns einen Übergabetermin ausmachen oder auf gut Glück vorbeikommen und das Telefon im Büro abgeben.

Attention should be paid to
good functionality,
good battery life,
good voice quality,
factory settings,
suitable charging cables are desired, but not a must.
There is a box in front of our office in Dresden where you can deposit your donation (RAA Sachsen e. V., Bautzner Straße 45, 3rd floor). You are also welcome to drop them in our mailbox inside the house entrance. If you want to play safe, you can arrange an appointment with us via info@helpline-dresden.de or come by at a venture and leave the phone in the office. We are also collecting phones in our office in Görlitz or Chemnitz.
